Pinc App is a professional archery training application designed to help users track their archery performance, manage training exercises, record match results, and analyze their progress. The App operates primarily offline and stores data locally on your device.

3. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

4. License Grant and Restrictions

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PINC APP DEVELOPED BY MAICON LEFFA BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinc App developed by Maicon Leffa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
Any content or data you submit through the App
Any negligent acts or omissions by you

13. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use.

Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately. Data stored locally on your device may remain until you delete it or uninstall the App.
